In this Workshop, we begin to explore what Self-Limiting Beliefs are, what beliefs we hold, how and why they limit us
from living a more fulfilled and joyful life, and the steps we can take to change those beliefs.
We’ll learn several different methods to take the steps to challenge those beliefs, opening up new ways of thinking.
BELIEFS ARE IMPORTANT!!
They affect how we see ourselves, our lives, and the world around us.
Beliefs give us a sense of certainty in our world, and we use them as a basis for decisions we make.
A belief is a statement about our reality that we feel is true (whether it’s logical or not)
As long as we feel it is true, it really is true (for us) - and we make decisions based on that “truth”
An acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists
A firmly held opinion or conviction
A thought stored in our subconscious mind
